Why start school at age 2?
Preschool gives children an advantage
Pre-school" sections, specifically dedicated to 2 year olds,
A pedagogical base based on Montessori material and an environment adapted to their age.
To gain confidence and autonomy and thus prepare for entry into the first year of kindergarten.
Everyone needs time to adjust
Each school year, children integrate into the school day gradually, at their own pace.

The cleanliness stage,
a big step forward
Most toddlers have not yet learned to use the toilet on their own. Our teachers care for them during diaper changes and guide them gradually towards independent toilet use.
The goal is for them to be out of diapers by the time they enter primary school.
Creativity, sport and music
at the heart of our educational project
The school's founder, Goli Aryeh, has made weekly art, music, and athletic activities a consistent part of the curriculum since 123 mon école was founded.

Sports
Athletic activity is necessary for the development of essential motor skills, through movement, balance work, and manipulating objects by throwing or catching them.
Small children begin to practice these gestures in their first games.
Group sports activities provide an opportunity to foster team spirit and teach children to have fun within an established set of rules.

Music
Through listening to a variety of music, children sharpen their ears and become familiar with musical instruments. All the media are used to vary the approach to rhythm and pulsation: rhymes, onomatopoeia, body movements.
The children have at their disposal claves, tambourines, maracas, etc., with which they can learn to play an instrument.

Art
123 mon école enjoys working with artists because they embody an invaluable open-mindedness and introduce children to a variety of worlds that nourish their imaginations. The photographer Mélissa Boucher, the sculptor India Leire, and the painter Tamaris Borrelly are among those who regularly lead classes at the school.
Children have access to a wide range of materials so that they may explore different creative paths. Possible activities include outdoor mural creation, painting, drawing, sculpture, and discovering artists and artworks.

Progress reports are key to our educational approach

An online progress reporting tool
For each child, teachers provide thorough, constructive, online progress reports that address skills acquisition and overall development.

Laying the foundations for primary school
One of our priorities is aligning the Montessori Method with the French national education program. We have created a key that indicates how "Montessori activities" correspond to the skills recommended by the national education system, so that children's progress reports are comprehensible to all schools.

Instructor reports
Our in-school sports, music, and art instructors also contribute to children's progress reports in order to provide a holistic view of their psychomotor, social, artistic, and musical development.

Management oversight
The management team has a global vision of the school, and keeps a close eye on how each class is progressing.
